Several. They have chosen to remain anonymous.

How often are the secrets processed?

Usually once a day.

How often do secrets get posted?

The queue is set to post 3 posts a day.

How long will it take my secret to appear?

Anywhere up to several days.

Why was my secret not posted?

There are many reasons.

• It was unreadable.
• The mod read it as hateful or phobic for the sake of it.
• It didn’t follow the basic rules found on the homepage.
• It wasn’t a secret, as deemed by the mods.
• You didn’t submit anonymously.
• The link provided doesn’t work.
• Lost in transit.
• It probably was posted, you just haven’t looked page enough pages to find it.

If my secret doesn’t get posted, but I don’t think anything was wrong with it, should I submit it again?

Yes. Give it a day or two, it could just be the queue being stuck, or the secret getting lost in transit.

Is there a secret size limit?

They need to be big enough to be readable, and don’t need to be huge. A good maximum size is around the 1000px mark.

Can I send in multiple secrets? 

Yes. 

I tried to submit my secret but it says ‘e-mail address not valid’…

You’re putting your e-mail and your name in the wrong boxes. On tumblr the e-mail goes in the first box, instead of name first like most places.

Why are negative or hurtful secrets posted?

Because they are secrets. Not all the things a person keeps secret are good and moral.

Why are so many of the secrets the same?

Sometimes people have similar struggles.

Can I help moderate GS?

No additional moderators are being sought at this time.

Why do you not respond to criticism?

The decision is made not to play out the large amounts of dialogue we receive on this blog. This is a secret community, not a drama or debate one. 

If I disagree with the posting of a secret, what action can I take?

We suggest reblogging the problematic secret and tackling what you think is wrong with it head-on. People often read the responses to their secret, and it should be the original poster you seek to confront, not the forum in which it was given voice.

Can my tumblr be an affiliate?

We are not seeking any affiliations at this time. 

What does ____ mean?

QS is not a dictionary. Google it. 

Why do some submissions have text under them?

Those are image descriptions used by people who may be visually impaired who use screen-readers. The text describes the image. Submitters are encouraged to add an image description to their submission.

I followed the rules and included an image description, why wasn’t my secret posted?

The image description needs to describe both the image and all text on the image.

Can you make my secret graphic for me?

No, we cannot.
