I keep getting drawn into other people’s debates about sex and sexuality. They always ask my opinion or want me to weigh in. I know better than to just go start something. But I guess I’ll have to just stay silent forever.

Because everyone seems content to reject my ideas because I’m not queer enough for them, or too queer.

I’m a ciswoman who married a cisman, so what do I know about discrimination?

I’m a polyamourous pansexual, so, what do I know about heteronormativity?

It just leaves me feeling like I have no community to fit in with. And it’s depressing beyond reason.
